Chiaki
As a Japanese, I must say we are picky about Shishi bar in Paris because good one with reasonable price is hard to find. However as Korin, it is exception. The importance of sushi is a quality of rice since we have high quality of d fish from Normandy, so now quality of rice is subject. Korin uses Californian rice which is practically same taste as real Japanese one. Hence, its sushi is super delicious.
Good place for both business dinner and casual dinning with friends. Better reserve in advance, and recommand to reserve the counter if you are going there with your date.
